The giant among the ebony shaving brushes with premium silvertip from our small manufactory is a shaving brush of superlatives:
The handle is made of solid ebony, arguably the hardest wood with a very high density (it's heavier than water and one of the few woods that doesn't float). It is entirely hand-turned and carefully polished with natural beeswax. Moisture can't harm it. The classic shape fits comfortably in the hand, and the heavy weight of the wood ensures perfect weight distribution when lathering.
The shaving brush head is hand-tied from pure, hand-sorted premium silvertip badger hair from high mountain areas. It is tightly bound and has a strong backbone. The visible length of the badger hair (loft height) is approximately 55 mm, and the total length of the badger hair is approximately 70 mm. Badger hair of this quality is very rare and becoming increasingly rare. Therefore, the brush is only produced in limited quantities.
