Always try to do something special -
That was once again Dr. Dittmar's motivation in producing these beard brushes.
The idea, however, isn't new—especially in the 19th century, it was almost common practice to equip high-quality brushes (mostly hairbrushes, though) with a horn lid. However, since this requires a high level of craftsmanship and a considerable amount of time, these brushes have become very rare in recent years.
The horn of the African Watusi cattle was combined with genuine rosewood to create the water-resistant, durable, and visually beautiful brush body. The horn plates are handcrafted to precisely fit the contours of the brush's rosewood core. The bristles, made of pure, first-cut wild boar bristles, are firmly anchored in the brush body. Unlike most other wood species, rosewood ensures long-lasting durability due to its high density and high natural oil content – it also resists moisture very well.
Each beard brush is unique due to the individual pattern of the horn. The high-quality boar bristles are so sturdy that they can easily penetrate even thick beard hair, removing excess oil from the skin and releasing it back into the beard hair – if it's too dry at the ends.
Beard and facial skin care for men who still know (and recognize) real values.
The brushes are made in Germany.
