The Dr. Dittmar Shaving Brush Cleaner in powder form is specially formulated for the demanding badger hair of your shaving brush. Unlike other cleaners that are sprayed onto the shaving brush, for example, the Dr. Dittmar Shaving Brush Cleaner works deep inside the shaving brush head.

Shaving brushes need to be cleaned of soap residue or limescale from tap water, especially at the base of the brush head, to prevent damage to the bristles. Moistening and wiping the ends won't help—the brush head must be thoroughly soaked and rinsed.

This is exactly what Dr. Dittmar Shaving Brush Cleaner ensures. One pack contains six sachets, each sufficient for a thorough cleaning. We recommend cleaning your shaving brush approximately every 4-8 weeks (depending on use). This prevents the dreaded hair breakage that spreads from the center of the brush head outwards. In addition to unpleasant odors, the cleaner also very effectively removes soap residue and grease from the brush head. This, in turn, improves lathering and can even reduce shaving soap consumption.

The shaving brush cleaner is also suitable for cleaning wet razors, as it removes limescale residue that can impair or damage the moving parts.
