Horn handle shaving brush -Queer-

Shaving brushes should always be stored with the badger hair facing down. This prevents moisture and soap scum from accumulating at the base of the brush and damaging the badger hair.

If the brush is not pointing vertically downwards, the water will still drain away with soap residue....

Here's the implementation of this idea in a horn handle version. The brush head is mounted horizontally in the handle.
