Intimate Shaver System G2

The short, ergonomic handle ensures secure guidance of the razor blade, even in "critical" areas. The wide base makes it easy to prop the razor upright in the shower. The classic, relatively narrow G2 (GII) razors, equipped with two blades—the first multi-blade shaving system developed by Gillette—offer a close shave even in hard-to-reach areas. The blades are significantly less expensive than the newer systems and are widely available. In addition to Gillette G2 razor blades, blades from many other manufacturers (see below) are also compatible.
Delivery includes a razor blade.
The well-balanced handle is made of waterproof mango wood and chrome-plated brass.

Gillette G2?

The shaving system is (was) also sold under the following names:

Gillette PII

With this system, the blades are slid onto the razor holder. The blades are thus rigidly connected to the razor,
in contrast to the oscillating head system.
Other manufacturers have also used this system:
Almost all razor blades that slide onto the razor are compatible.
By the way: The word "Plus" in the appendix of the name does not refer to any other system,
but only that there is a so-called "lubrastrip" on the razor blade,
which is intended to improve the gliding properties of the blade.
