Handy small but heavy shaving brush handmade from real camel bone with badger silvertip.
The elaborately crafted handle, made of 11 to 13 bone plates, fits comfortably in the hand, is pleasant to the touch, and is relatively heavy. The production process, as can be clearly seen in the final product, is very time-consuming, as between 11 and 13 bone plates are securely glued together to create a sufficiently large block. The brush handles are then cut from this block and then turned.
The bone plates are bonded together using a special adhesive that can withstand even extreme stress. The handle is then carefully polished and coated with a protective varnish. This ensures the bone material retains its shine for a long time and is water-resistant.
The brush head is made of 100% silver-tipped badger hair with a ring diameter of 22 mm and a loft height of approximately 52 mm. The brush, with a total height of approximately 100 mm, weighs approximately 80 grams and fits brush holders with a diameter of 26 - 28 mm.
