This high-quality hairbrush was developed for men with thinning hair, that is, slightly thinning hair—not quite so thin, though. Of course, it works just as well for women with thinning hair. Politically correct (i.e., gender-correct) therefore suggests that it should not be called a men's hairbrush, but rather a hairbrush for those with thinning hair.
Be that as it may:
The relatively tightly arranged, pure boar bristles of the predominantly second cut are not as stiff as the bristles of hairbrushes for long, thick hair. They therefore cannot penetrate a "dense mane." However, the body brush is excellent for caring for thinning hair and the underlying scalp.
Daily (vigorous) brushing stimulates scalp circulation and the production of natural hair oil. The bristles then transport sebum from the scalp to the hair, giving it a vibrant and shiny appearance (even without harmful conditioners or rinses) without a greasy appearance. At the same time, daily brushing helps prevent dandruff.
