Very high-quality shaving set made partly from solid brass components with badger silver-tipped shaving brush and safety razor.

The base of the shaving set is made of cast brass, has been carefully chrome-plated and is therefore a welcome change from the usual, sometimes even sharp-edged, base plates made of pressed sheet metal that are otherwise available.
The other brass components used here are also heavy and high-quality. Everything is assembled by hand in Alpenrod (screwed, not riveted), and the brush, with its handmade brush head made of pure badger hair with light tips, is, of course, made in Germany.
The safety razor with its butterfly mechanism (turn at the bottom, open at the top) is precisely crafted – for example, we take great care to ensure that both wings of the blade holder open and close synchronously. The mechanism inside the razor is made entirely of metal; not a single piece of plastic has been used.

The shaving set weighs over 400 grams. The brush and razor each weigh about 100 grams.
The total height of the set is about 16 cm and it requires a base area of ​​about 10x10 cm.

The brush has a total height of approx. 11 cm, the loft height is approx. 6 cm.
The plane, with a total length of 112 mm, has a handle approximately 8 cm long and a diameter of 12 mm. The plane is also available separately (item no. 3106).
